Ella is an Associate in the corporate department within the Thames Valley Office. She has experience advising on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital and general corporate governance. She has worked with a variety of clients including private companies, venture capital investors and private equity investors, management teams and owner managed businesses.
Ella's Recent project experience includes:
- acting for YFM in their investment into SOS Leak Detection;
- acting for the Sellers and some of the management team in the sale and MBO of RGE Limited;
- acting for a syndicate of investors (Mercia, Calculus, Downing and BGF) on their investment into MIP Diagnostics Limited.
Ella joined the firm in 2021. Prior to this she trained and qualified as a Solicitor in a firm in Newcastle.
