Molly is a corporate lawyer based in our London office. Molly specialises in private equity and M&A transactions and advises private equity houses, companies and management teams.

Molly has a first class degree in law and a masters in international law. After joining the corporate team in 2017 as a paralegal, Molly completed her training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified in September 2021.
