Recent experience includes:
- advising European PE house DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH and its portfolio company, OmniaMed (a leading medical education provider), on OmniaMed's multi-million pound acquisition of a leading UK provider of medical education and conference services to healthcare professionals, Schofield Healthcare Media Limited and the related equity investment into OmniaMed by one of the sellers
- advising two banks in relation to the £35m refinancing of an Isle of Man and Jersey based group providing multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services including advising in relation to successive acquisitions;
- advising Lloyds Bank Plc in relation to the £15m acquisition and working capital facility made available to Flynn Pharma Limited (registered in Ireland) and Flynn Pharma Holdings Limited;
- advising a club of four banks in relation to a £77m (with £30m accordion option) facility agreement for an international group, including obtaining security from companies in 8 jurisdictions.
