The process starts with an online questionnaire, which requires no advance preparation and typically takes no more than 30-45 minutes to complete. Shoosmiths Readiness scores will be calculated and a bespoke Shoosmiths Readiness report will be prepared, identifying those areas of the business which are likely to have the biggest impact on the potential value of the deal. We will meet with you to discuss the Shoosmiths Readiness report and formulate the 100 day action plan. Regular re-assessments can be undertaken to monitor improvement in Shoosmiths Readiness scores.
