Jannat Bokhari is a medical negligence paralegal.
Jannat adopts a genuine and empathetic approach to representing claimants, who have suffered severe injuries arising out of clinical negligence. She aims to support and guide claimants, keeping them informed of every stage of the claim.
Jannat assists Sharon Banga in managing cases involving complex birth and brain injuries, as well as other severe neurological conditions. Jannat has actively participated in numerous mediation meetings to reach settlements for clients, which have consistently resulted in favourable outcomes.
Jannat graduated with a Law LLB from the University of Birmingham. Jannat developed a special interest in clinical negligence after basing her dissertation on the topic, which explores the evolution of the UK healthcare system, focusing on the impact of medical paternalism and policy considerations on patient care and legal standards. She subsequently completed the LPC and LLM course at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Jannat finds joy in hiking, reading, and staying active at the gym. She is also passionate about volunteering and exploring new destinations through travel.
