I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, advising on development, landlord and tenant, and investment matters. I work with institutional investors, developers and major retailers on complex projects, including convenience store rollouts, strategic land sales and acquisition funding for high-value residential schemes.

My experience spans the full property lifecycle—from site acquisition and development funding to onward sales and portfolio management. I’ve advised on mixed-use schemes, residential care developments and large-scale housing projects, helping clients navigate commercial and regulatory challenges with clarity and confidence.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
