I’m a Corporate Partner and Head of Shoosmiths’ Belfast office, advising large companies and institutional investors on acquisitions, disposals, investments and reorganisations. I specialise in M&A transactions, often with an international dimension. My sector focus includes automotive, energy, manufacturing and logistics.

I’m dual qualified in Northern Ireland and England & Wales, and bring deep experience in cross-border transactions and strategic advisory work. Recent transactions I have advised on include True Green Capital Management on the acquisition of an operational UK solar PV portfolio from Gresham House Renewable Energy VCTs; Egg Power (part of Liberty Global) on the acquisition of Pilmoor Solar from PS Renewables, and Cow Corner on the refinance of the One Point Advisory Services with Summit Partners.
