I’m a Partner in our construction and engineering team, specialising in non-contentious matters. I advise developers, contractors, public bodies and funders on all aspects of construction law—from procurement strategy and contract negotiation to performance security and risk management. I’ve worked on major regeneration schemes, manufacturing facilities, and infrastructure projects across the UK.

My experience includes advising on the construction of a £70 million town centre redevelopment, a £35 million office building in the City of London, and bespoke building contracts for listed residential developers. I also bring in-house insight from a secondment with one of the UK’s largest contractors.
