I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team, advising on non-contentious restructuring, recovery and turnaround mandates. I support banks, asset-based lenders, insolvency practitioners and directors through periods of financial distress, helping them assess options and implement solutions.

My experience spans high-profile restructurings and insolvencies across a number of different sectors. Recent work includes advising a secured creditor on the liquidation of Speciality Steel UK, the administrators of Cenergist, and the sale of Sambro International to HTI Group. I also support boards on directors’ duties and contingency planning.
