I’m a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Leeds, specialising in residential and commercial development, strategic land and healthcare. I advise developers and land promoters on complex site assembly, promotion agreements, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

My recent work includes advising on the development of the Leeds Skelton Lake motorway service area, strategic land transactions involving collaboration and equalisation agreements, and care home and retirement village schemes. I’m known for my ability to simplify complexity and deliver commercially sound outcomes.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and leadership programmes.
