As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ People and Reward team, I specialise in both employment and corporate immigration law. I advise clients across sectors on tricky exits and other ER matters, TUPE transfers, redundancies and reorganisations and complex employment tribunal claims involving discrimination and whistleblowing, as well as on the employment aspects of corporate and property transactions.

On the immigration side, I support organisations with sponsor licence applications and management of licences, skilled worker visas, compliance audits, and crisis management involving UKVI intervention and civil penalties. I also provide training to HR , compliance and in-house teams helping them stay ahead of regulatory change.

With over 23 years’ experience, I am known for my pragmatic, practical approach and for working closely with in-house teams to deliver solutions that support business growth and compliance.
