As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Milton Keynes office, I advise HRDs and Boards on all areas of employment law, from restructures and discrimination to TUPE and post-termination restrictions. I am also the go-to person for complex employee data privacy issues, helping clients manage subject access requests, data breaches, and policy implementation.
My recent work includes advising on TUPE in outsourcing contracts, business acquisitions, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. I am recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK for my practical, problem-solving approach and for delivering clear, commercially focussed advice.
