I lead Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Clients & Markets team and head our Midlands region. I advise on commercial development, regeneration and logistics projects, with a focus on site acquisitions, pre-lets, forward funding and joint ventures. My clients include pension funds, developers and corporate occupiers.

Recent highlights include advising on a 175-acre logistics park in the West Midlands, the acquisition and funding of Europe’s largest automated parcel hub, and the development of a 2.2m sq ft Amazon facility. I also led the £98m investment sale of 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham.

I’m recognised by Chambers UK for my commercial insight and market knowledge. I head our Birmingham office and contribute to Shoosmiths’ national real estate strategy.
