As a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking and Finance team, I specialise in asset-based lending, advising banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on both domestic and international transactions. My experience includes receivables finance, plant and machinery loans, inventory and property loans, and cashflow term loans.

I have a background working with both bank-led and independent ABL lenders, giving me a holistic and commercial perspective on client matters. My approach is collaborative and focussed on delivering practical solutions that support clients’ business goals.
