I co-lead Shoosmiths’ Planning Team and our Living Sector, advising on planning law across the UK. My work spans Section 106 agreements, compulsory purchase, infrastructure, judicial review and highways matters. I’m known for my ability to simplify complexity and deliver practical solutions for public and private clients.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2013, I’ve advised on major regeneration projects including Vastint’s mixed-use schemes in London, Leeds and Cardiff, and Kingston Council’s Cambridge Road Estate redevelopment. My background includes in-house roles at local authorities and private practice, giving me a balanced view of planning challenges.
