As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Pensions team, I advise both employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law, with particular expertise in transactional support, employer debt legislation, and bulk annuity policies. My experience includes acting as a trustee and chairing defined benefit schemes, as well as drafting scheme documents and supporting ongoing scheme management.

I am known for my ability to distil complex legal issues into clear, commercial advice. My approach is proactive and practical, helping clients navigate pensions issues in the context of corporate transactions, restructurings, and distressed situations.
