Legal director advising on competition, digital, and cross-border regulation
As a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ competition law practice, I advise clients on the full spectrum of EU and UK competition law, as well as digital regulations such as the EU Digital Markets Act and the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act. My experience spans merger control, cartel investigations, sector inquiries, and the evolving intersection of competition, privacy and intellectual property.
I have helped clients navigate complex regulatory challenges in sectors including technology, life sciences, automotive, and financial services. My work includes obtaining multi-jurisdictional clearances, defending cartel investigations and advising on nuanced issues such as local market mergers, licensing of standard essential patents, personalised pricing models and selective distribution and pricing strategies.
I also play a key role in Shoosmiths’ India Business Group, supporting Indian corporations with cross-border competition and regulatory matters.
I am passionate about helping clients anticipate regulatory changes and seize opportunities in fast-moving markets, delivering clear, strategic advice that supports growth and compliance.
