I head Shoosmiths’ plot sales team which operates across England Wales and Scotland, advising on residential, student, affordable and PRS developments. My team completes around 5,000 private plot transactions annually, supporting national and regional housebuilders on site set-ups, plot disposals, part exchanges, sales to registered providers and  infrastructure agreements. I’m known for my practical, detail-focussed approach and ability to manage volume with precision.

Since joining Shoosmiths as a trainee in 1999, I’ve advised on landmark developments including BDW Trading’s 2,000-dwelling scheme in Bedford and Graven Hill’s self-build site in Oxfordshire. I also act for Select Property Group on apartment and student sales to international investors.

As  head of Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Plot Sales team I regularly advise on the structure of disposals and set up of development sites including the inception  of large estate service charges.  I specialise in dealing the sale of affordable dwellings to registered providers.   My work supports long-term client relationships and efficient delivery across the UK.
