I co-head Shoosmiths’ Real Estate Investment Group, advising property companies, funds and corporates on complex and high-value transactions. My work includes acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and portfolio asset management.  I also advise major corporate occupiers on the acquisition of new sites and HQ relocations.  I’m known for my forensic transaction management and ability to meet challenging deal timeframes.

I’ve advised on the £500m disposal of a UK-wide portfolio, the acquisition, management, refinancing and disposal of a 1m sq ft shopping centre, and the redevelopment of a major life sciences campus.

I’m a founding representative of Shoosmiths in Platform Places, a coalition driving community-led regeneration. I regularly comment on investor trends and contribute to thought leadership in the real estate sector.
