I am a partner in Shoosmiths’ Commercial team, specialising in international data privacy and cybersecurity. I advise multinationals on global privacy and cybersecurity programs, BCRs, DSARs, NIS2 and CRA, AI compliance, audits and regulatory filings. I also act as an external global DPO for several clients and regularly support them on large-scale data breach incidents.

Before joining Shoosmiths, I was a partner at Fieldfisher, Eversheds and DAC Beachcroft and I also worked in-house for global brands including Imperial Tobacco, Dyson and Lucent Technologies. My experience also spans privacy commercial transactions, OneTrust rollouts and regulatory engagement across 30+ jurisdictions. I achieved the first post-GDPR Controller and Processor BCR for RGA, Inc.

I speak regularly at ACC and IAPP conferences and contribute to Shoosmiths’ privacy thought leadership. I am known for clear, pragmatic global advice and deep technical insight in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.
