I head Shoosmiths’ Thames Valley office and advise on corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and reorganisations. I work with PE and VC investors, PLCs and management teams, and am known for my responsive, commercial approach. I also contribute to Shoosmiths’ Private Wealth team, supporting clients with strategic corporate advice.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2011, I’ve led on deals including LDC’s sale of ByBox, Ikon Science’s sale to Great Hill Partners, and GAME Digital’s £20m acquisition of Multiplay. I trained in Reading and completed a secondment with HSBC’s Corporate Banking Centre, giving me insight into client priorities and deal dynamics.

I’m a charity trustee and regularly advise on corporate governance and compliance. I hold a Philosophy and Classical Studies degree and a distinction in the LPC. I’m known for keeping complex deals moving and for building long-term client relationships.
