I specialise in all aspects of insurance-based litigation and advisory work, with a particular focus on policy coverage disputes, Product Liability and employers and public liability matters. I act for both insurers and insured clients, providing advice on a range of complex disputes as well as non contentious advisory project work focussed primarily in the automotive, construction and engineering and retail sectors. I also advise on insurance regulatory issues with a focus on insurance related products.
