I head Shoosmiths’ national Banking and Finance team, advising lenders and borrowers on acquisition finance, leveraged lending and corporate debt. My work spans secured and unsecured, bilateral and syndicated transactions, often with an international dimension.

Since joining Shoosmiths in 2008, I’ve led on financings for banks, funds and corporates. I’m known for executing complex transactions with clarity and precision.
