Competition law specialist trusted on regulatory risk
I lead Shoosmiths’ UK competition law practice, advising on compliance, merger control, investigations and FDI screening. My work spans sectors including automotive, retail, construction and financial services. I’m known for delivering pragmatic, strategic advice that helps clients navigate regulatory complexity.
I’ve represented clients before the CMA and in multi-jurisdictional reviews. Recent work includes acting for Aramark in the CMA's Phase 2 merger control review of its acquisition of Entier, acting for Fosroc Group on its $1bn sale to Saint-Gobain, and advising on cartel investigations in the automotive and construction industries,. I also provide competition law advice on commercial arrangements and regularly support businesses in raising competition law awareness in their organisations.
I’m recognised in Chambers UK and Legal 500. I’m a member of Shoosmiths’ International Networking Group and contribute to thought leadership on competition law and regulatory strategy.
