I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Employment team, working with automotive and other UK businesses on TUPE, tribunal claims and executive exits. Recent work includes restructuring programmes, sensitive settlement negotiations and employment support on acquisitions and investments.

I give practical, plain-English advice that helps HR and leadership teams move fast with confidence. I’ve been at Shoosmiths since 2007, advising across the full employee lifecycle—from contracts and policies to complex disputes and restrictive covenant issues.

I contribute to the Employment Lawyers Association and speak on building inclusive workplaces, including sessions on LGBTQ+ inclusion and effective line-manager training.
