I’m a Legal Director in our Leeds Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law. I advise developers, funders, public bodies and institutional investors on the full suite of construction documentation—from building contracts and professional appointments to warranties and security packages.

With over 13 years’ experience, I’ve supported major regeneration, logistics and residential schemes across the UK. Recent highlights include advising on a £24m PBSA development, a 350-acre mixed-use regeneration project, and logistics developments spanning up to 136 acres. I also regularly advise on building safety compliance and construction risk in debt-funded schemes.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2022, I trained and practised at Addleshaw Goddard. I’m known for delivering clear, commercially focussed advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.
