I’m a Legal Director in our Construction and Engineering team, advising clients across both contentious and non-contentious matters. I support public and private sector clients—including developers, NHS Trusts, universities, social housing providers and financial institutions—through every stage of a project’s lifecycle. My work spans early-stage agreements, consultant appointments, building contracts and funding documents, as well as dispute resolution through adjudication, mediation and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.

With over 20 years’ experience, I bring a practical, solutions-focussed approach to complex construction issues. I’ve advised on a wide range of projects, including healthcare, education and social housing developments, and I’m well-versed in JCT, SBCC, NEC and FIDIC forms of contract. My goal is always to help clients manage risk, resolve disputes efficiently, and keep projects on track.

I’m a member of the firm’s Construction team in Manchester and contribute to internal mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
