As a Partner in Shoosmiths’ Pensions team, I advise trustees and employers on a wide range of pensions issues, from risk transfer and buy-in transactions to scheme governance and funding. My experience spans defined benefit and defined contribution schemes of all sizes, with particular expertise in the co-operative and charity sectors.

I regularly support clients through buy-in and buy-out projects, benefit correction exercises, and regulatory change. I am a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers Legislative and Parliamentary Subcommittee and the Pensions Management Institute, and am passionate about finding commercial solutions to complex problems.
