Charlotte is an Associate in the Corporate team based in the Thames Valley office. She has experience working on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, group re-organisations, investments and general corporate advisory matters.
Charlotte qualified in March 2021 and joined Shoosmiths in November 2022.
