We are on the panel of a number of lenders where we act for them on a sole representation basis – the borrower has their own conveyancer acting. Similarly, we can act for both the borrower and the lender, which can reduce costs for the borrower.
We have a specialist team to deal with sole representation transactions because we recognise that we are often instructed later in a transaction time-line, and a transaction has already been running for some time. Our specialist team can concentrate on sole representation cases, given the differing time priority requirements and assist in getting transactions completed, whilst perfecting the lender’s security and making sure the lender’s requirements are all met.
