Beyond transactions: unlocking opportunity in every deal
Real estate continues to be one of the most active and attractive asset classes, fuelled by global capital, long-term income strategies and rising demand for ESG-aligned investments.
At Shoosmiths, we help clients act decisively in a fast-moving market. Our real estate investment group advises on UK and cross-border transactions—from acquisition and structuring through to asset management and exit. We work with institutional investors, private equity, REITs, pension funds and family offices to unlock value and deliver results.
Whether it’s a single-asset acquisition or a complex portfolio, a joint venture or forward funding, we bring clarity and confidence to every deal. Our lawyers are embedded in the market, with a sharp understanding of sector trends and investor priorities.
We don’t just advise—we partner. We work across asset classes and deal types, helping clients enter new markets, expand their footprint or rethink their investment strategy. Our approach is collaborative, pragmatic and always focused on outcomes.
