Our people
We have always operated on strategic land sites and recently have co-ordinated the team to deliver a national approach across all disciplines, the length and breadth of the country. Our people provide specialist strategic land advice from our locations in Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham, Sheffield, Solent and Thames Valley. We have strength in depth across many areas and provide the right, experienced and highly focussed team for any existing or potential clients. We have specialist tax, planning and environmental teams who are integral to our service and who are a fundamental part of our client teams.
Our relationships
Our clients and prospective clients are many and varied. We see relationship building as the key to a successful partnership and look to deliver true value in our service by acting as partners, not just lawyers. We believe in feedback and conduct client listening at both national and regional level with our clients. These meetings/calls are hosted by non-legal client relationship managers and are intended to tease out what we are doing well and what we can do better to make our clients’ lives easier. Feedback from the client listening exercises is then filtered out to the client teams through regular catch ups. We are also acutely aware that the best and most profitable business is often done by developing the relationships with the clients we already have. And that starts at the point of sale. When we seek out new business, we ensure that we introduce on day one the people that will go on to deliver the service for the client. We believe that we have such a talented and diverse set of individuals within our team that we are confident we can match the right lawyer to the right client.
