Advised IKEA, leading global home furnishing brand, on the procurement of new EPOS systems for installation in all their UK stores.

Shoosmiths was instructed by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom to advise on its “Next Generation Services” tender – one of the most significant IT procurements in the UK.

Advised O2 on its rollout of Wi-Fi communication services as part of a tri-partite consortium delivering unified services to a public-sector body. Our work included advising on the governance aspects of teaming with other service providers (comprising three service lines from the three consortium members) as well as advising on the service contract with a public-sector client. The governance arrangements were particularly complex, involving careful negotiation tactics to ensure that commercial risks and rewards were allocated appropriately between the consortium members.

Advised Marston’s plc, one of the country’s top pub, on its multi-million pound replacement of its EPOS system across its entire estate, comprising over 1,700 units nationwide.
