Recent press articles have reported an upsurge in people looking at properties outside the big cities in more rural communities as a result of Coronavirus.
People are reassessing priorities and are prepared to reconsider their commute and potentially not travel so frequently to their offices. This could be as a second property and if the property is currently vacant then this purchase could still proceed whilst other transactions are on hold.
