The courts continue to evolve in their handling of the pandemic, and great strides have been made at pace. Virtual hearings - after some teething troubles - have worked well. They can save costs and time. It would be good to see a lasting role for virtual hearings as we exit this pandemic, and when we are less restricted. Efficiency and justice can walk hand in hand.
