HM Government has this afternoon announced that the scheme preventing landlords from forfeiting leases is to be extended to the end of September, alongside publishing a code of practice (albeit voluntary) to help commercial landlords and tenants map out plans for economic recovery.
With the lowering of the virus alert level, hopefully, this is more than just short-term relief for tenants giving them the cash-flow platform to trade their way out of the crisis and bounce back!Disclaimer
