In-house counsel should check if their company is planning to raise its prices

The competition authorities of the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand have established a working group in order to better address concerns that some companies are using the supply chain shortages as a cover to raise prices pursuant to anticompetitive activity, such as cartels.

If competitors are announcing price rises, this could be a red flag.
