In a week of controversial government announcements, it was reassuring to see that on World Maritime Day, the UK government made the welcome decision to invest further in green maritime innovation.
The new Transport Secretary, Anne-Marie Trevelyan, confirmed a third round of its Clean Maritime Demonstration Competition, backed by £60m of funding.
