Shoosmiths are delighted to announce further details for this year's Back to Basics conference - a full day of panel discussions, technical training, market updates and networking.
The agenda for this year will have a 'future focus' theme looking at topics including:

- Green leases – power and tech, the new kids on the block Q&A session
- Being an unwilling landlord – what responsibilities do you have and how to avoid any traps
- A panel session on what we can expect from the new Government for those who occupy property

- A talk from Wilberforce chambers on how tenants can avoid recovering the cost of improvements.

The conference - Back to Basics III - Focus on the Future will be taking place at the Council House, Birmingham on Thursday, 19 September 2024 between 09:30 - 16:30. It will provide 5 hours of free CPD
