Aadil is an associate in the Corporate Restructuring & Advisory team, based in Birmingham. Aadil sat with the team during the fourth and final seat of his Training, following which he qualified into the team in March 2023.
Aadil has experience in all aspects of insolvency and restructuring and has assisted a multitude of clients including insolvency practitioners, finance houses, companies and creditors.
Aadil's experiences include assisting partners and senior members of the team on business sales out of administration (both buyer and seller side), advice to banks in respect of their security documentation and advising on company voluntary arrangements.
In addition to the transaction work, Aadil also has experience in contentious matters, most recently in assisting a client with a challenge to its CVA and acting for trustees in bankruptcy on the enforcement of an order for possession and sale.
During his Training Contract, Aadil also undertook seats in Construction and Commercial Litigation. In addition, Aadil spent six months on a commercial secondment to Mercedes-Benz UK.
