As Head of Leadership & Management Development, I am responsible for:
- Partnering with senior internal stakeholders to define current and future anticipated people challenges and business drivers which form the basis of the Shoosmiths Academy.
- Partnering with Shoosmiths' clients to define current and future anticipated people challenges and business drivers.
- Leading the identification, delivery and integration of solutions that address an evolving people agenda.
- Ensuring that all talent development activity relating to key initiatives is implemented.
