Amy is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, with extensive experience in development and strategic land work.
She acts for developers, landowners and land promoters, assisting them on site assembly, site acquisitions, development scheme sales, conditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements as well as advising on complex title issues, both in isolation and as part of any transaction.
Her recent experience includes:
- acting for a student accommodation provider in the disposal of a large portfolio sale;
- acting for a joint venture of residential promoters and housebuilders in the acquisition of and disposal of land at Swindon for 1700 houses and associated infrastructure; and
- acting for a joint venture of developers to develop a c.200 acres employment site,
Amy is gregarious and outgoing, building deep and meaningful relationships with clients and other professionals, ensuring her advice is delivered in a clear and commercial but above all human manner.
