Beeta is a professional support lawyer in the tax team, focusing on the automation of the tax team's standard form documentation.
Beeta has experience of advising on a range of corporate tax matters, including acting for buyers and sellers on corporate transactions, implementation of share option plans and applications for enterprise investment scheme and venture capital trust investments.
Beeta studied Law at the University of Southampton and attended the University of Law, Guildford to complete the Legal Practice Course. She trained at Shoosmiths and qualified into the tax team in 2016. After a couple of years based in the Reading office, she joined the Employee Incentives and Benefits team at Bird & Bird in London. Beeta rejoined the tax team at Shoosmiths as a professional support lawyer in 2020.
