Brodie is a Senior Associate in the London Corporate team.
Brodie has a particular focus on private equity and private M&A transactions and acts for a wide range of clients, including corporates, private equity houses and management teams. She advises clients on matters including acquisitions, disposals and investments as well as undertaking portfolio advisory work.
Recent experience includes advising:
- Five Arrows (the alternative investment arm of Rothschild & Co) on the acquisition of Rimes - a leading provider of EDM (enterprise data management) as-a-service from EQT;
- Five Arrows along side TA Associates on the acquisition of Agilio - a leading developer and provider of compliance, e-learning and back-office software for dental and general practitioners (GP) practices from August Equity;
- the management team of CLC Group Limited on an investment by H.I.G Capital;
- the Foresight Group on its sale of Protean Software Limited to Joblogic; and
- Livingbridge in connection with a fundraise for an existing portfolio company.
