Charlotte leads the team of professional support lawyers within the Real Estate Division. The team is responsible for keeping the firm's real estate lawyers up to date with changes in law and practice, preparing precedent documentation, delivering internal training, legal support and solutions.
Her role demands an uncompromising standard of legal excellence which she combines with approachability and a sound understanding of the commercial realities.
Experience
Charlotte has extensive experience as a transactional lawyer across a broad range of real estate disciplines and she has a particular interest in commercial landlord and tenant law.
She is an active member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers and a member of the Consultant Editorial Board of LexisPSL Property.
