Chris is a commercial real estate lawyer based at our Reading office. He advises on a diverse range of clients including institutional landlords, investors and corporate occupiers on portfolio management, non-contentious landlord and tenant matters and sales and acquisitions within the office, industrial and retail sectors. Chris also advises landlords and site providers in relation to the Electronic Communications Code and the management and grant of leases to telecommunications operators.
His recent projects include:
- acting on all aspects of property management for a large national portfolio and assisting with the eventual £500 million disposal of the portfolio;
- acting on the re-organisation of a national portfolio which included offshoring properties into Luxco entities and a subsequent portfolio re-finance;
- acting on the £5.5 million disposal of a leasehold interest of a central London office location to a law firm; and
- acting for private individuals and institutional landlords on the management and letting of sites to telecommunications operators.
