Clare is a professional support lawyer (PSL) within Shoosmiths' Corporate Division, based in the Solent office.
Clare is part of the project team responsible for the automation of the firm’s corporate precedents.
Clare qualified as a solicitor with Blake Lapthorn (now Blake Morgan) in 2002 where she worked as a corporate lawyer until 2005 before joining Shoosmiths’ Corporate team. Whilst at Shoosmiths, she advised on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and group re-organisations. In 2007, Clare was promoted to Associate Solicitor. Clare took a career break between 2008 and 2017 to care for her young family. In 2017, Clare joined Havant Borough Council and East Hampshire District Council as a shared Legal Officer, specialising in commercial contracts.
Clare re-joined Shoosmiths in 2019.
