Eloise is an Associate in the Intellectual Property team, based in the Manchester office. She advises clients from a wide range of sectors on intellectual property issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
Eloise regularly advises high-profile clients on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights whilst providing commercial solutions. She advises across the full spectrum of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trade marks, designs and patents.
Eloise graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2020 with a degree in LLB Law with Canadian Law and undertook the LLM legal practice course at Nottingham Law School. Eloise trained with Shoosmiths for two years before qualifying into the Intellectual Property team in March 2024.
