Harry is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Services Team. His practice has a particular emphasis in the automotive, finance and technology sectors and he works with several leading brands including Volkswagen, BCA and LEVC
In the automotive sector, Harry has dealt with broad range of disputes such as product liability claims to complex supplier contractual disputes, alongside his day-to-day consumer rights matters.
In the technology sector, Harry has particular expertise in digital asset / crypto recovery litigation having worked on a number of high profile cases including Crypto Open Patent Alliance v Dr Craig Steven Wright [2024] EWHC 1809 (Ch), and Tulip Trading Limited v Bitcoin Association for BSV and others, which both featured in The Lawyer Top 20 cases of 2024 - Unveiled: The Top 20 cases of 2024 - The Lawyer | Legal insight, benchmarking data and jobs. Harry has also dealt with numerous asset recovery claims for victims of fraud in the crypto-assets space, successfully obtaining worldwide freezing orders and default judgments against persons unknown and disclosed identities.”
