Janet is Shoosmiths’ Digital Learning Manager within the Performance & Talent Development Team, and is responsible for the Firm’s Learning Management System - Horizon - as well as the production of digital learning courses, other online learning content, quotes, tracking and reporting for both our internal colleagues and external clients.
Janet joined Shoosmiths in the IS Department - in 1996 - as a System Developer for one of our Case Management Systems, working closely with the Firm’s Conveyancing Teams. In 2011, Janet took on a request for eLearning; this role grew and developed, until she moved into what was Learning & Development in early 2015, as an eLearning Specialist. Janet took over the Team Manager role in November 2015.
Digital Learning consists of a team of experienced eLearning designers and a dedicated LMS Manager. Together we support our clients, users, Divisions, Directorates, and the wider Performance & Talent Development Team, enabling Shoosmiths' 2030 Strategy.
